Rogue FSB agents caught planting explosives into a basement of an apartment building in town of Ryazan, 100 km outside Moscow. Material tested as 'hexagen' by the police. Officials later try to claim there were no real explosives and that it was only an exercise. - - Take care Tony, that man has blood on his hands Evidence shows secret police were behind 'terrorist' bomb By John Sweeney,The Observer March 12, 2000 http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2000/mar/12/chechnya.johnsweeney The photograph below of a detonator pre-set to explode a bomb calls into question Russian leader Vladimir Putin's line - endorsed by Tony Blair during his visit to Russia yesterday - that Chechen terrorists were responsible for the explosions that killed more than 200 Russians last year. Two bombs went off in Moscow, but a third bomb planted in Ryazan, 100 miles south, was defused by bomb squad officer Yuri Tkachenko who said: 'It was a live bomb.' It was made of the same explosive, Hexagen, and planted in a similar target - a working-class block of flats. The third bomb did not go off because the bombers were caught red-handed. They were Russian, not Chechen, and when they were arrested by local police they flashed identity cards from the FSB - the new styling for the KGB, the secret police Putin headed before he became Russia's acting President. Two days later the FSB announced that the third bomb had only been 'a training exercise'. The Kremlin's evidence that Chechen terrorists bombed Moscow is extremely thin. After the bomb outrages, secret police in the FSB handed out Photofit pictures of unnamed Chechens. No suspects were arrested and no convincing explanation was given to the public. The third bomb was found in the basement of the flats on the night of 22 September at around 9pm. Tkachenko said: 'It was a live bomb. I was in a combat situation.' He tested the three sugar sacks in the basement with his MO-2 portable gas analyser, and got a positive reading for Hexagen, the explosive used in the Moscow bombs. The timer of the detonator was set for 5.30am, which would have killed many of the 250 tenants of the 13-storey block of flats. The sacks were taken out of the basement at around 1.30 am and driven away by the FSB. But the secret police forgot to take away the detonator, which was left in the hands of the bomb squad. They photographed it the next day. ... - - History Commons www-page with many links to news articles about the case: Context of 'September 22-24, 1999: FSB Agents Plant Large Bomb in Ryazan: 'Security Exercise' or Terror Plot?' http://www.historycommons.org/context.jsp?item=a092299ryazanbomb#a092299ryazanbomb - - - - Elitist-criminal element within the structures of western governments, also called "deep state" or "shadow government", manipulated European politics by manipulating both left- and right wing radical groups to start political street wars and terror campaigns to steer western nations according to their agenda.. Italian investigators discovered that the explosives used in '1972 Peteano carbomb' was C-4, and came from NATO-arms cache, althou explosives expert for Italian police at first claimed the Peteano-exposives matched the kind used by left wing radicals, the Red Brigades. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Gladio#May_31.2C_1972_Peteano_massacre http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vincenzo_Vinciguerra *** Explosives used in 1980 'Bologna massacre', according to Italian parliamentary commission, also came from NATO. Liccio Gelli, headmaster of Italian lodge of Freemasons, Propaganda Due (P2) along with officers from Italian military intelligence SID/SISMI received sentences for slandering the investigation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Gladio#1980_Bologna_massacre http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bologna_massacre *** In West Germany, Peter Urbach an agent provocateur for the W-German domestic intelligence infiltrated leftist communes in the late 1960's and radicalized them by bringing them petrol bombs, timer bombs and fire arms, but also mind altering drugs. CIA is known to have used mind altering drugs (LSD etc.) during their operations such as MKULTRA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_MKUltra Some of these left wingers, radicalized by W-German intelligence later formed militant groups such as the Red Army Faction, also known as Baader-Meinhof Group. It is possible that Urbach, who brought Molotov coctails into leftist communes in the first place, also influenced Andreas Baader who, with his friends, fire bombed two department stores in Frankfurt, Germany, in April 1968. Peter Urbach also supplied the timer bomb used by Tupamaros West-Berlin in the failed bombing of Berlin's Jewish Community Center in November 1969. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupamaros_West-Berlin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Urbach http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Urbach

Russia's oldest working surgeon turns 90 this year and with 10,000 operations already under her belt, she has no plans to retire. Alla Ilyinichna Levushkina, 89, has worked with a scalpel in her hand for 68 years and still rattles out four surgeries a day at Ryazan City Hospital near Moscow. The seasoned campaigner is only 150cm (4ft 9in), so has a special step to stand on to make sure she can reach her patients. The 89-year-old worked in the air medical services for 30 years, when she treated patients living in the Russian wilderness. She has now returned to Ryazan where she grew up and studied, and her appetite and drive has not wavered. 'Being a doctor isn't just a profession but a lifestyle,' she told Lite FM when asked why she hasn't retired. 'If I stopped working, who is going to perform the surgeries?' The tenacious pensioner has steady hands despite her age, and regularly has to deal with invalids who feel uneasy with her treating them. The 89-year-old, who never married and has no children, lives in a studio apartment with her eight rescue cats. One patient called Irina told Lite FM: 'At first I felt I couldn't trust a surgeon who is so old, but after she palpitated me with her firm fingers - all doubts gone.' Vladimir Putin was born on October 7, 1952 in Leningrad. “I come from an ordinary family, and this is how I lived for a long time, nearly my whole life. I lived as an average, normal person and I have always maintained that connection,” Mr Putin recalls. ladimir Putin’s mother, Maria Shelomova, was a very kind, benevolent person. “We lived simply - cabbage soup, cutlets, pancakes, but on Sundays and holidays my Mom would bake very delicious stuffed buns [pirozhki] with cabbage, meat and rice, and curd tarts [vatrushki],” Mr Putin says. His mother did not approve of his decision to do judo. “Every time I went to a practice session, she would grumble, ‘He’s off to his fights again.’” Things changed after Vladimir Putin’s coach visited his home and told his parents about what he did and what he achieved; the family’s attitude toward this sport changed. His father, Vladimir Putin, participated in the war. In the 1950s, he worked as a security guard and later as a foreman at the carriage works. “My father was born in St Petersburg in 1911. When World War I began, life in St Petersburg became hard, people were starving, so the entire family moved to Pominovo, a village in the Tver Region my grandmother came from. Incidentally, my relatives still vacation in the house where my grandparents lived. It was in Pominovo that my father met my mother, and they got married at the age of 17.” After the war, the Putin family moved into a room in a communal apartment [kommunalka], in a typical St Petersburg dwelling house on Baskov Lane. Vladimir Putin recalls, “It was a building with a well-like yard. Fifth floor. No elevator. Before the war [World War II], my parents occupied half of the house in Peterhof and were very proud of the living standards they had achieved then. It wasn’t really much, but it seemed like an ultimate dream to them.” School years A troublemaker, not a Pioneer Even before he finished school, Vladimir Putin wanted to work in intelligence. He went to a public reception office of the KGB Directorate to find out how to become an intelligence officer. There, he was told that first, he would have to either serve in the army or complete college, preferably with a degree in law. “And from that moment, I began preparing myself to enter the law department at Leningrad State University,” Mr Putin notes. In 1970, Vladimir Putin was admitted to law department at Leningrad State University. “We had a class of 100 people, and only 10 of them entered immediately after high school, the rest had already completed military service. So for us, the high-school graduates, only one out of 40 was admitted. I got four out of five for the essay, but top marks for everything else, so I passed.” “When I began studying at the university, new goals and new values emerged. I mainly focused on studies, and began seeing sports as secondary. But, of course, I trained on a regular basis and participated in nation-wide competitions, almost out of habit.” After graduating from Leningrad State University, Putin was assigned to work in the state security agencies. “My perception of the KGB was based on the idealistic stories I heard about intelligence.” He was first appointed to the Directorate secretariat, then the counterintelligence division, where he worked for about five months. Half a year later, he was sent to operations personnel retraining courses. Mr Putin spent another six months working in the counterintelligence division. That was when he drew attention from foreign intelligence officers. “Fairly quickly, I left for special training in Moscow, where I spent a year. Then I returned again to Leningrad, worked there in the First Main Directorate – the intelligence service. That directorate had branches in major cities of the Soviet Union, including Leningrad. I worked there for about four and a half years.” Then Mr Putin returned again to Moscow to study at the Andropov Red Banner Institute, where he was trained for his trip to Germany. In 1960-1968, Vladimir Putin attended Primary School No. 193 in Leningrad. After the eighth grade, he entered High School No. 281, a chemistry-focused magnet school under the aegis of a technology institute, completing his studies there in 1970. * Subscribe for more Scientific & Technological Videos * Like & Share * go to our website http://www.advexon.com * Share your ideas and comment

Meeting with Cadets at the General Margelov Airborne Troops Institute in Ryazan.Part 3 November 29, 2002 Ryazan Встреча с курсантами Рязанского института воздушно-десантных войск имени генерала армии В.Ф.Маргелова 29 ноября 2002 года Рязань QUESTION: My name is cadet Ivanov. In the wake of the Nord-Ost events, amendments had to be made to the laws on the media to restrict their activities. But I have heard reports that these amendments have been put on hold, that is, they were debated by the Duma, but VLADIMIR PUTIN: They were passed by the Duma and by the Federation Council, but I vetoed them. Many unfortunate things have been happening in many areas in the countrys life and it would be wrong to place all the blame on the media. And it would be an even greater mistake to take any steps to limit the freedom of expression in the country on the spur of emotions, and of course, we are all feeling very strongly about what happened. If we did that you would never learn what is happening in the hot spots. Your relatives would never know what is happening to you. Eventually it would turn the civil service and civil servants into an entity that would come to believe that it is infallible in any situation and that would be unable to adequately assess the quality of the work done by the national and regional leaders. The existence of a free press is an indispensable condition for the development of the country along democratic lines. The deputies, at least the heads of the two chambers, have agreed with me that some provisions of the law they adopted are somewhat vague and need to be formulated more precisely. The deputies of the State Duma and the members of the Federation Council are finalising the law together with the media representatives, and it will eventually be passed.

Meeting with Cadets at the General Margelov Airborne Troops Institute in Ryazan.Part 2 November 29, 2002 Ryazan Встреча с курсантами Рязанского института воздушно-десантных войск имени генерала армии В.Ф.Маргелова 29 ноября 2002 года Рязань You know that terrorism is manifesting itself in many regions of the world. Look at some European countries. There are terrorist organisations there too. And it does not occur to anyone to call them by any other name. Nobody calls them freedom fighters although they too set political goals for themselves and think they have noble motives. Everybody calls them terrorists. So, our homebred terrorist organisations, such as the ones operating in Chechnya, also set global tasks for themselves. As I have said, they have the aim of separating the whole Caucasus from Russia and so on. Therefore, unlike European local terrorist groups, ours are part of the global terrorist network and they pose a much greater threat not only to us but to the international community as a whole. In connection with this, I would like to stress again that you face very serious tasks which undoubtedly can be put in the category of key tasks. I would like to wish you success. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them. QUESTION: After the terrorist attacks in Moscow, the gradual withdrawal of some forces from Chechnya and the transfer of some functions to local law enforcement agencies have been suspended. How will the situation develop? VLADIMIR PUTIN: It is not only about the terrorist attack in Moscow. We have a plan for withdrawing the excess number of troops from the territory of the Chechen Republic, and we will go ahead with this plan. The natural reaction of the security and military agencies to terrorist actions is to step up anti-terrorist activities. I think at that precise moment it was necessary to carry out some specific targeted operations where the Defence Ministry units were involved. By now they have been practically completed. We are not going to withdraw all our Armed Forces from the Chechen Republic. You know that the 42nd Division is stationed there. An Interior Ministry Brigade and some other units will be stationed there permanently. But their mission, as in any other location in the Russian Federation, is to restore order. The brunt of the task rests with the special units of the Federal Security Service, the Interior Ministry, and of course, gradually this work will be undertaken by the local law enforcement bodies, above all, the Interior Ministry of the Chechen Republic. It was created just recently. The Interior Minister of the Chechen Republic is to be appointed shortly. That will give rise to another task, which is interaction with the local law enforcement bodies in order to help them restore order on their own land. Chechnya has enough people who can assume that responsibility and are ready to do it. I am sure they will cope with this task. Of course, as you understand, it will not be an easy process. It will be a complicated, perhaps even a painful process. But we will never solve any problems there unless we allow the Chechen people themselves to decide their own destiny. And indeed it has never been our aim to force the Chechen people or any other peoples to do something. That is impossible by definition. No one in Russia has ever set such a task. We have only one task: to make sure that the territory of the Chechen Republic is not used as a springboard for attacking Russia, as a springboard for rocking the Russian Federation. That is our main task. I am convinced that an overwhelming majority of the Chechen people would never agree to be used as tools for achieving goals which have nothing to do with them. Any more questions?

Moscow’s first gay pride parade was held in May 2006, thirteen years after homosexuality was decriminalized in Russia. It was supposed to be a joyous occasion, the beginning of a new era of openness for the LGBT community. It didn’t quite work out that way. LGBT marchers that day clashed with riot police, who tried to stop the event. “We disturbed something very deeply rooted in Russian society, some very evil power of intolerance and violence,” says Nikolai Baev, a prominent LGBT rights activist who attended the march. Only a few months later, Russia saw its first regional anti-gay law passed in Ryazan, 200 miles east of Moscow. It was the first official sign that the Russian authorities would resist the LGBT movement—a resistance that has grown and become increasingly violent as LGBT activism has grown over the last decade. http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2015/03/russia-putin-lgbt-violence-116202.html http://www.wochit.com

I mean, the Internet is perfect for this type of business because of the anonymity that the Internet offers, but it's definitely a growth industry." Washington DC - File 17. Shots of Blue Orchid website 18. Customs agent going through box of tapes STORYLINE: xfa Law enforcement officials in the United States and Russia have shut down a Russian Web site that sold videotapes worldwide depicting children performing sexual acts. Many of the tapes, costing 200 to 300 U-S dollars, were shipped to the United States. Operation Blue Orchid, named after the website, resulted in five arrests in Russia and four in the U-S, with 15 more having been issued warrants. The investigation started last May, when Moscow police asked U-S customs officials for help. After customs conducted an undercover purchase of a child pornography videotape from the Blue Orchid website, Moscow police were led to Vsevolod Solntsev-Elbe, one of the alleged operators of the site. Russian police detained Elbe and a 13-year-old boy, whom police say Elbe transported to Moscow for the purpose of sexual exploitation. Authorities also seized 400 videotapes, video duplication equipment and sales and shipping records from Elbe's apartment. As a result of the apartment search, U-S customs officials were able to identify people who allegedly ordered child pornography from the Blue Orchid website. U-S Customs officials estimate that 100-thousand websites worldwide are involved in some way with child pornography, and they say the incidence of the crime has grown with the popularity of the Internet.
